vitamin A

  • Eye uses vitamin A to change shape when entering darkness
    • developed countries – add to many foods such as milk
    • developing countries – deficiency is common

vitamin B2

  • is called riboflavin ライボフレェイビン and increases our energy
  • improve migrain and the supplement prevents chronic headaches

vitamin B12

  • is included meat, eggs and dairy products
  • lack of vitamin B12 cause anemia, pale skin and fatigue

vitamin C

  • prevents gum disease and helps repair damaged tissue
  • is included oranges, strawberries and red peppers

vitamin D

  • is the sun vitamin
  • lack of vitamin D cause depression
