satand up for yourself	defend yourself and make opinins clear	As a nurse, you have to stand up for yourself.
talk back	answer someone in a rude way	Some nurse are afraid to talk back to doctors.
grow a thick skin	not easily upset/hurt	You learn to grow a thick skin.
have a tough time	to have difficulty	Many nurses had a tough time adjusting during COVID.
brush it off	let it go, ignore it forget about it	You kind of just brush it off.
